Are you an individual, with exceptional organizational skills, an excellent communicator and committed to providing excellence in client service? Then this opportunity supporting the various programs will be of interest to you. You will be responsible for assisting the public, performing clerical, administrative and reception duties relating to all FSCD Workers and the Program Supervisor as it relates to the Family Support for Children with Disabilities Program.
As the ideal candidate, you will exercise professionalism, leadership, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills. You will use your analytical skills, business knowledge, and passion for administrative effectiveness to improve administrative processes and procedures. Your proven time management and prioritization skills combined with your ability to address multiple demands will enable you to deliver professional administrative services. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are essential.
High School Diploma plus administrative experience. Well developed knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, MS Word and Outlook are critical as you will be responsible for the coordination of the delivery of administrative support systems.
$1,437.35 to $1,749.11 Biweekly ($37,514 - $45,651 per annum)
This is a permanent salaried position.
