Are you interested in working in a busy, client-service oriented office as a vital member of a team? Wetaskiwin Office has an opportunity available for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable individual. Reporting to the Office Administrator, Wetaskiwin Office, you will provide supervision, coordination and direction to administrative staff in a Children?s Services Unit. Responsibilities include ensuring data related to children in care is accurately entered, coded, maintained and filed in a timely and accurate manner; code and process accounts payable; monitor service expenditures; and primary Site Contact duties for the office, including video conferencing equipment. Administrative responsibilities will include: timesheet verification; responsibility for the files and filing system for the unit including records management; reception functions and ensuring the day to day operations of one clerical unit. Your strong supervisory, organizational and time management skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication ability, and energetic style will lead to your success in this role. This excellent opportunity is for an individual who is able to set priorities and meet deadlines while producing quality work in a team environment.
As the ideal Administrative Support Supervisor you will exercise professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills, commitment to working in a team environment, and the ability to work on your own. In addition, you will demonstrate a positive attitude while adapting to a variety of work situations and lead others through a change process.
High school diploma and three years of related experience. Experience with the Government of Alberta would be considered an asset.
$1,724 to $2,111 bi-weekly
