Reporting to the Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support services to the Lethbridge Regional and District Office. You will provide administrative support in the areas of general administration standard operating procedures, accounting related responsibilities, Human Resource administration, facilities, equipment and records management. You will assist callers with a variety of information in relation to Transportation programs, highway maintenance and general inquiries. Duties also involve data entry and general records management with filing and archiving of records. Your excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills will be an asset to the administrative team and in dealing with our clients.

A High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of related office administration experience is required. Experience in office and admin support including Microsoft Office 2010, spreadsheets, accounting and filing is required. Experience using a multi-line switchboard is considered an asset. Experience in coordinating events, training activities and meetings is considered an asset. Equivalencies will be considered.
$1,437.35 to $1,749.11 bi-weekly. ($37,514 - $45,651 annually).
Candidates with lesser qualifications may be considered at a lower classification. This competition may be used to fill current and future vacancies across the government.
