Working with a team of administrative professionals, you will provide administrative support to the professional staff and programs delivered through a Neighbourhood Office. Your duties will include child and family data processing into database systems, reception, mail processing, records management, and processing and verifying invoices into a variety of department programs and systems including accounts payable. You will also be required to have general knowledge of the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act and Regulations.

High school diploma with one year related office experience. Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required. Experience with reception, accounts payable, records management, Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act and PeopleSoft are also preferred.
$1,437.35 to $1,749.11 bi-weekly
