Administrative Assistants are an integral part of keeping the wheels turning and things running smoothly in the office. You're a whiz at all things requiring coordination such as: coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements.
You have an eye for the details which helps in prepare and monitor budgets.
You're comfortable on the phones, and in-person supporting clients and staff
You have been known as the go-to person and willing to learn and share resources to help build, support and contribute to a strong team of Administrative Professionals.
Show your agility and adaptability with your excellent multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
You will awe and inspire others with your creativity skills, drafting and preparing presentations, charts and meeting materials.

High School Diploma combined with 2 years related office administration experience is required. Experience with Microsoft Office is required. Post-secondary education in office administration would be considered an asset. Equivalencies will be considered.
$1,582.24 to $1,933.21 bi-weekly.
This competition will be used to fill a variety of positions ranging from wage, temporary salaried and permanent opportunities with in GoA. This competition may be used to fill current and future vacancies across government at the same or lower classification. Final candidates for this position may be asked to undergo a security screening.
