Do you have exceptional customer service and data entry skills and are looking for a challenging opportunity in a fast paced working environment? Reporting to the Team Lead, Evaluation & Reinstatement, Impaired Driving Administration, you will be responsible for accurately updating and maintaining impaired driving suspensions and seizures for all drivers in Alberta on a provincial mainframe computer system. Your attention to detail is essential in accurately recording the information into the Motor Vehicle Information System (MOVES). Excellent interpersonal communication skills are needed to provide direct customer service to the general public, law enforcement agencies, crown prosecutors and Alberta Registries. You must be able to work independently and in a team environment. You will be required to interpret various acts and regulations pertaining to the Traffic Safety Act and be able to respond to any inquiries that pertain to drivers and driver's records.
High School Diploma, including relevant training plus considerable progressively responsible related administrative experience. Experience with MS Office applications is required; experience with mainframe databases MOVES, JOIN and completing correspondence is an asset. Data Entry experience is an asset. Equivalencies will be considered.
$1,582.24 to $1,933.21bi-weekly ($41,296 to $50,456 annual)
