Applying your knowledge and experience in job evaluation, staffing and employee relations, you will work with client-groups to provide them with human resources consulting services to support achievement of their business plans. Your demonstrated, above-average analytical, decision-making and project management skills, along with your ability to organize and manage a multitude of issues and projects in a fast paced and challenging environment, will be necessary to achieve the quality of work and results required. Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills will be essential for developing strong working relationships. Well developed written and verbal communication skills are essential.

A related university degree combined with at minimum, 3 years of related professional human resources consultant experience is required. Government Human Resources experience is an asset. Experience in dealing with large complex client portfolio's preferred. Must be very proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Equivalencies considered. Note: This position may be used to fill future vacancies across government. Candidates with lesser qualifications may be considered at a lower level of classification and salary.
$2,420.93 to $3,319.88 bi-weekly ($63,186 to 86,648 per annum)
