We have 2 exciting opportunities for you to join our Apprenticeship and Industry Training Client Services team. We have one (1) permanent full-time opportunity in our Calgary office and a one (1) year temporary salaried opportunity in our Red Deer office. Your strong desire to help others coupled with your excellent relationship-building skills will help support the Apprenticeship and Industry Training programs, stakeholders and clients. You will also use your broad administrative and organizational skills to support the delivery of client services; including collection and processing of fees, administering and invigilating examinations, approvals and administration of apprenticeship applications and contracts of apprenticeship, provide advice, information and support to clients to help them navigate their careers in the trades.

You're comfortable on phones have strong computer skills and quick to learn internal software programs.
Your quick typing skills and exceptional attention to detail with data entry will help with superior client service.
You have had a customer service job you loved and are all about helping people.
You have been known as the go-to person, the problem solver for all things administrative.
You are well organized and you are willing to learn and share resources to help build, support and contribute to a strong team of innovative Administrative Professionals.
You have a sense of humour and the ability improvise and adapt in this fast-paced client service focused role.

High School Diploma supplemented with office administrative training/related course work and a minimum of three years progressively responsible administrative/office experience is required. Experience working in a customer service office environment is essential. Experience with Microsoft Outlook is an asset, as is Word and Excel. Experience directly related to the apprenticeship system or its administration is an asset. Prior call center experience is preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
$1,582.24 to $1,933.21 bi-weekly.
