If so, the Organizational and Effectiveness Team within the Human Resources Services Branch has an opportunity for you to consult with clients and HR Partners to develop innovative solutions to assist in meeting the strategic goals and mandate of our Department.

Reporting to the Director, Organizational Development and Effectiveness, you will partner with Human Resources and ministry staff to transform corporate and ministry workforce goals into increased organizational performance through assessment, analysis, design, and development of customized solutions that build on the capabilities and effectiveness of a diverse client base. This requires an ability to consult with diverse clientele and propose unique and innovative solutions. Organizational Development programs include: workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, supervisory and leadership development, change management, employee learning and development, knowledge transfer, mentoring, performance management, engagement, recognition, organizational design, and wellness.
You will demonstrate an ability to consult with clients to develop high performance teams. A sound knowledge of human resource theories will assist you in developing solutions to build organizational capacity, provide advice and input to the ministry's management team on current and emerging workforce trends, and participate on a variety of cross ministry teams to develop government wide human resource programs.
The responsibilities of this position require exceptional analytical, consultation, facilitation, presentation, project management, and written communication skills.
University graduation in a related field plus five years related experience. Experience consulting on a variety of related human resources issues is required. Experience working with a large and diverse organization is preferred. Candidates with lesser qualifications may be considered at a lower classification and salary. Equivalencies will be considered.
$2,839.80 to $3,753.57 bi-weekly
Final candidates for this position will be asked to undergo a security screening. This competition may be used to fill current and future temporary and permanent vacancies across government.
