The Peace River office has unique two administrative professional opportunities! The Administrative Assistant positions assist in the coordination and delivery of variety of Financial, Administrative, Human Resources and Program Specific functions. The positions provide a full spectrum of office administration services to the business unit such as compilation and formatting of various types of documentation, calendar administration, records management, coordination of travel arrangements and front reception services. Administrative Assistants are also required to prepare and review financial documentation in a timely manner, assists staff in the use of standard systems and be the first point of contact for hardware and software troubleshooting. In addition, this position holds responsibility for administration of regional contract and service agreements and is in charge of managing office records.
High School Diploma and two years directly related experience are required, equivalencies will be considered. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required. Proven analytical and information gathering skills and demonstrated multi-tasking and organization skills are essential to the success in this role. Strong verbal and written communication skills are desired. Previous experience with contract administration and financial processes is preferred. Familiarity with CMS, EPS, IMAGIS, ExClaim, and ARTS would be a definite asset.
$1,582.24 to $1,933.21 bi-weekly
