Are you a highly motivated and organized individual seeking an opportunity to use your administrative support experience? We are looking for someone with a high aptitude in computer software, a sound working knowledge of MS Office applications and knowledge of financial policies and procedures.
Utilizing strong office administration skills, this position provides specialized administrative support to a multi-service office and is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of various accounts payable transactions.
High school diploma and one year of related experience providing administrative program support including processing of accounts payable. Post-secondary education in Office Administration is an asset. The successful candidate must have some experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level. Equivalencies will be considered. The successful candidate must hold a valid Alberta driver's license.
$1,437.35 to $1,749.11 Bi-weekly
Final candidates for this position will be asked to complete an Intervention Record Check prior to a formal offer being made. Academic credentials will also be verified.
The successful candidate commencing at the Northwest CFSA Region 8, High Level office will be entitled to Northern Living benefits. Benefits include: two paid trips out per year with eligible dependents and also Northern Allowance of $241.38 bi-weekly. In addition, if you are new to the Government of Alberta you would be eligible for a one time Northern Attraction Bonus that is 25% of your base pay upon commencement, less all lawful deductions. The bonus is paid on a quarterly basis over the first year of employment and would require a two year service commitment. For details, please visit:
