Administrative Support 3
Are you a highly motivated and organized individual seeking an opportunity to use your administrative experience? We are looking for someone with a high aptitude in computer software, a sound working knowledge of MS Office applications and advanced skills in MS Word and MS Excel. In this role you will provide a variety of administrative support services to the team. You will be responsible for verification of information and data entry, records management and accounts payable. Your responsibilities will also include drafting and composing correspondence, minute taking, client services representative and general office support.
High school diploma plus one year of administrative experience. Post secondary education in Office Administration would be an asset. Your education and experience must be supplemented with experience that demonstrates an intermediate knowledge and skill in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly, Excel, MS Word and Outlook. The successful applicant must possess good communication, organization and time management skills, and strong computer skills. Your resume must clearly outline how your administrative experience supports working in a fast-paced environment. Equivalencies of education, training and experience may be considered.
$1,437.35 to $1,749.11 Bi-weekly
Final candidates for this position will be asked to complete an Intervention Record Check prior to a formal offer being made. Academic credentials will also be verified.
