Administrative Support 3
North Central Alberta CFSA, Region 7 is seeking an energetic individual who has a passion for administrative effectiveness and possesses above average keyboarding/computer skills that would enjoy working in a service oriented atmosphere. The ability to interact effectively and provide support to the general public is a must in this fast paced environment along with proven time management and organization skills. You will be responsible for first contact to clients and public both in person and on the telephone, as well as providing general office duties including reception, filing, word processing, data entry, file transfers, file maintenance, records management, creating /closing/inventory/retrieval of client files while being in compliance with provincial and departmental policies and procedures working with information systems as well as other administrative tasks. As the ideal candidate you will demonstrate initiative and commitment to working in a positive team environment. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High School Diploma plus two years of related administrative support experience. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
$1,437.35 - $1,749.11 Bi-Weekly
